I knew it, I knew it. My friend Dr. Jack Kirnan killed it on the podcast. You know that feeling in your gut when someone you know or something you read or watch hits you deep and has a good bit of inspiration? That was the feeling I had going into the podcast with Jack and boy did he deliver. I have been looking forward to this podcast for some time and I was so glad Jack agreed to join me for what I think is a special and inspirational recording.
You will hear shortly an honest and enlightening story of a successful businessman who decided that after watching The Way, a great film starring Martin Sheen, and directed by his son Emilio Estevez, he had to find his own way to walk the Camino de Santiago. Last summer Jack walked Camino Frances, which took him a challenging 34 days, 1.2 million steps, and 484 miles before he reached his final destination, the historic Cathedral of St. James in Santiago de Compostela.
His Camino experience is shared for you along with his family, friends, and clients in an honest and authentic manner that I believe anyone interested in seeking relief from all the baggage we pick up during our lives is sure to appreciate. I enjoyed reliving the experience with Jack and hearing his candid and forthright comments about each phase of his 34-day trek.
I have to admit, I have already listened to this podcast four times, and each time I take away a slightly different piece of inspiration from his story and how he is using his experience to guide him in his self-proclaimed energized life. He believes his experience was a Godsend and listening to his words and seeing the love for his family, friends, and clients today, I find it impossible to argue with that.
Take a moment to let his message sink in and I believe you will come away agreeing with me that his Camino was truly inspirational. Let us all find our own way to take life’s hardships and turn them into magical moments, to realize God’s wish for us is to live in the present and treat each conversation with a friend or family member as a blessing and make them count.
Please take a few minutes after listening to the podcast to check out the Kirnan Coaching Associates, LLC website. Provided below is a link to the website and Jack’s contact information.
Finally, you know I love a music connection. Jack mentions during the podcast a great song from Neil Halstead called Seasons that is right in step with his message to all. I have provided the lyrics below Jack’s contact information.

Seasons by Neil Halstead
Look for comfort now, within these walls
For all these different days yeah, these autumn ways
Will slowly disappear
Will slowly fall apart
Drifting slowly, drifting clear
And all I want is, a little heart
A different point of view yeah, a different start
No time for feeling old
No time for feeling blue
No time for wasting what we know
Look for ocean walls, to gaze upon
These distance stars yeah, these distance suns
Are all the reasons
Are all the reasons
The only season in my life
And all I want is, a little heart
A different point of view yeah, a different start
No time for getting old
No time for feeling blue
No time for wasting what we know
Look for ocean walls, to gaze upon
These distance stars yeah, these distance suns
Are all the reasons
Are all the reasons
The only season in my life
